Buying tonewood timbers involves trusting one's supplier. Better

Tonewood seeks to ensure its customers complete satisfaction and confidence in their purchases. Largely we sell imported tonewood items for the builder of acoustic, classsical and electrical guitars.  All our products are responsibly sourced. If you purchase from Better Tonewood you may return any item for a refund at any stage so long as the item is returned to us us in a sellable state.  Of course, if the item is faulty or wrongly described then we will pay shipping costs. Do not hesitate to e-mail us about your needs if they are not on the website. Remember that tonewoods can be difficult to photograph especially when there is little colour variation.  The listing will make it clear where the photograph is the actual item that you will receive. The woods may be in sawn form, sanded or treated to bring out the figure.  In order to help us select your item, sometimes we have listed different sizes. Bigger sizes may be a little more expensive but often not.  Send a note with your order if there is something which we might need to be aware of. You are welcome to return unworked timber to us for any reason.  

 

There is free shipping on orders over £150 to most UK mainland addresses. Other locations such as Northern Ireland, highlands and islands may involve a supplement because of the extra costs of shipping.  I will ship abroad though this can be expensive. Thank you for visiting.
